I have a diagnostic export of audit/sign-in logs to an Event Hub. A 3rd party pulls events from this Hub. Is it possible to monitor the following: If nothing pulls events from the Hub in more than X minsIf messages that have not been pulled are dropped because the hub rolls over the 7 day limit

I have a diagnostic export of audit/sign-in logs to an Event Hub. A 3rd party pulls events from this Hub. Is it possible to monitor the following:
