Hi

Can you go to the resource group where your Log Analytics workspace is located, In activity log you should probably find better log on why the deployment fails. Basically when you deploy a solution, a resource in the same resource group as the Log Analytics workspace is created. Because of that you will need Contributor rights in the resource group as well.
