Can you monitor the ingestion process?

I've just set up Monitoring and attached my Azure VM to the workspace via the portal. Using Advanced Settings I enabled IIS Logging.   However there's no visual indication that anything is happenin...

Are you getting a Heartbeat log through ?

    IIS writes to the table W3CIISLog  , so also try and see if you have any data there?  e.g.

     

    W3CIISLog
    | limit 50
