Azure Firewall IDPS Monitoring

Have you looked in the Azure Diagnostics table - that the normal place for the IDPS logs?  e.g.

 

AzureDiagnostics
| where ResourceType == "AZUREFIREWALLS"
| where OperationName == "AzureFirewallIDSLog"
