Azure Alert emails do not include search results

Hello,

A while ago I created several log-based Azure alerts to notify of certain events that occurred in our SQL Servers hosted on Azure VMs. The alert was configured to use a KQL query to identify when an alert threshold was met, and used an action group to send an email to notify our database administrators. The alert email always included the top 10 results of the KQL query.

I've just started with a new company and I'm attempting to set up similar alerts but the alert email no longer includes the query results anymore -- it does include a link to review the search results but I would rather it include the results of the KQL query as this helped provide detailed information needed to respond to the alert.

Is there a way to include the query results in the email sent by the Azure Alert? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
