automate azure monitoring
I am looking to create or set a way to automate notifications for when services in a subscription are created, updated, or deleted, and connect these notification to microsoft teams. Looking to set this monitoring up not only for the services, but also extend it into sentinel and/or AAD monitoring but one thing at a time. ive created a function app with an eventgrid subscription that points at my teams webhook that work well, but cant find out how to extend it to all services. been running around this for a few days now and ready to reach out.
what do yall think?

- I'm not sure what you mean by "extend this to all services", but it sounds like you want event grid to trigger on more events? Quick search gave me this: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/event-grid/event-schema-subscriptions?tabs=event-grid-event-schema
