The issue likely lies on Azure’s side if the VPN gateway is reachable externally but Azure reports it as not. Double-check IKE/IPsec settings, restart the gateway, and review SonicWall logs for negotiation errors. If the problem persists, raise a Microsoft support ticket and run packet captures to confirm traffic flow.
