Microsoft has announced GA support for connecting to Azure Container App and Azure Function origins using Front Door and Private Link
You can now configure Azure Container Apps and Azure Functions as Private Link-enabled origins in your Azure Front Door Premium profile. This allows you to securely serve content through public Front Door endpoints while keeping your origins isolated from the public internet.
