Azure Policy Based VPN and Cross-Site Communication

Hello,&nbsp;How do people handle cross-site communications with a VPN Tunnel that is Policy based? I have a Virtual Network Gateway with 1 Site being policy based. Do you have to create a new virtual network and gateway?

Yes specifically the part where it says.."They cannot transit to other on-premises networks or virtual networks via the same Azure VPN gateway."How do people overcome this portion?
