Windows Desktop App Migration to Azure

Hello, I have a client who is using a desktop application (design with visual studio windows form project template). I was asked for advise on how to move the application to azure so that other users in his team can access the application without the use of Azure Virtual Desktop.

My question is: is this possible with azure app services?

If not, then how can the app be move to azure.
