Running Sysprep post migration to Azure

Hello All, 

I have a scenario, where we need to migrate few systems to azure (using Azure site recovery) and sysprep the image on target (azure) and run this as a new system with different hostname.

I attempted sysprep and this is causing my system to struck in boot prompt. want to understand if we have a work around on this.
