Migrating Azure VMs from Azure Commercial to Azure Government

Hi all,

 

I am looking to migrate VMs from an Azure Commercial account into an Azure Government account in an automated manner.  I was thinking that I could use Azure Migrate for this, but it doesn't appear to be the case.  I assume others have had the need for this type of migration and curious what approach you took.  Thanks in advance!

    Unfortunately, Azure Migrate does not currently support migration between Azure Commercial and Azure Government accounts. Azure Migrate is designed to help customers migrate workloads to Azure from on-premises or other cloud environments, but it does not support migration between different Azure sovereign clouds, such as Azure Commercial and Azure Government.
