How to migrate Physical machine into Azure
The physical machine running win 7

I am not positive you can migrate a physical Windows 7 VM to Azure using Azure site recovery. From my understanding this needs to be virtual 64 bit machine patched with update rollup 36. One other option you could do is create a VHD of the physical machine and upload it to Azure and create a VM from it. Please see the support matrix article below.
