Weird, did you download and install the VMware vSphere Virtual Disk Development Kit (VDDK) 6.7 version? Make sure its 6.7.

Also confirm the vSphere rights as well and the time of your appliance, matches vsphere.

    Hi Luke, yes I've downloaded VDDK 6.7 from vmware website link which is already appeared in azure migrate tool

    also am using user with Read only permission to connect to vCenter
