You can use Azure Data Factory - SAP Table Connector to connect to SAP System and Extract Data in BLOB Storage and later Copy Data to SQL DW using Polybase.

Do you have any performance measure of extracting from SAP connectors and putting them in Blog?
Poly base would possibly work well from Blog to Azure warehouse but I am not sure on the ingestion performance...
