Azure Migrate - maintain the same IP of the source virtual machines

What is your IP address assessment, private or public?
Is there any solution for retaining public IPs
- can you explain in more detail what you meant?
For example I have a EC2 instance with public IP 52.50.197.30 . Now I want to migrate this to Azure .
Is there any way I can retain this public IP so that the impact of the migration is minimized
