Ｑuestion,Why Azure Migrate collector can't Recognition my vCenter Server？   Internet connect pass, no firewall block. I have used vSphere client connect  vCenter Server.

Are you sure this is correct ip? It clearly states that 112.70 is not a vCenter server.
P.s. have you tried creating separate user with read-only permissions? And what version is your vcenter?
