VM stuck in starting state

Hichipzx - the best next step is to open a support ticket to get the product team engagement ASAP.  When you open the support ticket, please include the lab resource ID & VM information (screenshots are a great addition too) so the team can investigate & fix.

In terms of enabling customers to resolve this on their own -  I know the team is investigating options on this front but there haven't been any new features delivered yet for this.
