Registration Failure, Not enough VMS, lab capacity is set to 30 vms and only 1 is created.
Hi All,
I have open registration enabled on my Lab, however when users go to the link to register they get the following error:
Registering for your lab
All virtual machines have been claimed. Please contact the lab owner to increase the capacity of the lab.
However, the lab capacity is set to 30, and there is currently only 1 VM provisioned for a different student. Shouldn't it register the user and create an associated VM?
Appears that this happens regardless of registration path

- Looks like adjusting the number of VMs by 1 (down to 29) fixed the issue and created the VMS
