Fawad_Khan I am having this exact issue. Error code:

Operation name: Start Virtual Machine
Time stamp: Thu Mar 23 2023 10:46:06 GMT-0700 (Pacific Daylight Time)
Error code: ResourceOperationFailure
Message: The resource operation completed with terminal provisioning state 'Failed'
