Lab VMS stuck on starting

Hello, Alot of our VM pool has been stuck on "starting" for several hours today. Are there any known issues with lab services right now?

dtnbb - Please try reducing the lab capacity (number of VMs in the virtual machine pool). Once that is finished, increase the lab capacity again. According to the developer I talked to, this should 'reset' the VM publishing/creation process.
