Lab VMS stuck on starting

Hello, Alot of our VM pool has been stuck on "starting" for several hours today. Are there any known issues with lab services right now?

Hey Peter,

We have a ticket open (2206290010002785)

Unfortunately we have VMs still stuck on "starting" as of this morning. Any help to escalate the ticket is appreciated greatly.
