Lab VMS stuck on starting

Hello,   Alot of our VM pool has been stuck on "starting" for several hours today. Are there any known issues with lab services right now?

Hello, we have the problem with different Tasks, extending VMPools, deleting Users for more the 24 hours

    I was told there is an outage with the V2 service.
