Hi ruidlh, in order to reduce the impact, the change has been postponed to April 19th instead of April 18th. most common operations like create/ update/ delete labs, start/stop virtual machines etc. will be impacted.

Please clarify this because 0100 UTC on April 19 is 1900 CDT on April 18 and we will be using these labs for course work.  Thanks!  agopinathan

    Rob2U - I checked with my team, they intend to start this at April 19th, 5 PM UTC ( April 19th 12 PM CDT).

      agopinathan - is this update complete? the warning banner is still present in azure lab service despite being pretty far past the maintenance window.
