two-way synchronization Azure AD Connect

Hello, I have an Office E3 license and I would like to sync my domain on Azure AD. For the moment, the synchronization is one-way. How can I make it two-way?

    Hi!

    Two-way sync would be really nice, however Azure AD Connect is one-way with some exceptions:
    *Writeback of passwords (requires Azure AD Premium P1 for all users using the feature)
    *Exchange hybrid writeback of specific Exchange related attributes
    *Group writeback for Microsoft 365 Groups
    *Device writeback for condional access and Windows Hello for Business using ADFS
