    Hi shotime

The error message in the image indicates that the diagnostics for the High Performance Computing (HPC) cluster failed because the user does not have permission to log on to the cluster. This can happen for a number of reasons, such as:

    • The user account does not exist on the cluster.
    • The user account does not have the required permissions to log on to the cluster.
    • The user account is disabled.
    • The cluster is configured to only allow logons from certain IP addresses.

To troubleshoot this issue, you can try the following:

    1. Verify that the user account exists on the cluster and that it has the required permissions.
    2. Enable the user account if it is disabled.
    3. Check the cluster configuration to make sure that logons are allowed from the user's IP address.

      Hi LeonPavesic

      Thank you for your Reply
I use Cluster administrator to run diagnostics, and this account can also login to other computers because I use this account to install HPC Head nodes and Computer Nodes
      This information also confuses me.
      Thank you.
