Does HPC HA must enable TLS1.0 or 1.1?

Would highly recommend enabling TLS1.2 now a day:

it is recommended to enable TLS 1.2 or newer versions to ensure secure communication between HPC HA components. However, it is important to ensure that any applications or systems that will be communicating with the HPC HA system are also compatible with the chosen TLS version.
