Update Management Agent Not configured - Non Azure

Hi All,

I am trying to trouble shoot some machines that are showing as Not Configured (Update agent readiness) for non-Azure Machines. As they are on Non-Azure the troubleshoot button takes you to a link for offline (Hybrid Runbook Worker offline). Tried running the script but it just closes automatically. 

Any ideas on this
