SQL Assessment Errors and Recommendations

I Arc-enabled an on-premises SQL Server, but I am getting the following "Prioritized Recommendations", and I am not sure why. As far as I know, I have everything configured correctly according to the documentation, but maybe I missed something but can't figure out what I missed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
