Cannot create custom location

Ended up being a firewall issue. Really need Microsoft to document all the necessary locations to open up for the bridge instead of just saying "connection to the Internet"
I am facing the same issue. Could you share which additional ports other than 443 & 6443 are required to be open on Firewall?
prabhash_jena i ended up having to open the IP up to the internet fully. poor solution but no other documentation so no choice.
- Thanks for the response. I didn't open any new ports instead added the vCenter manually using the option 'Use an existing resource bridge' which allowed me to create a custom location. I agree the documentation doesn't help at all.
