Using Azure ATP for a domain that is not hybrid / Azure AD Synced
Our Office365 accounts are all cloud accounts, and our on-premises DC's are not synced to Azure AD (non hybrid).
Questions:
* Will we be able to use Azure ATP for our environment?
* The users have an AD as well as an seperate Office365 account. If I license the Office365 accounts of the users, will this be sufficient, and will the local AD accounts be monitored in this situation?

[or] Yes, you can use Azure ATP to monitor your on-permises identities (not Office365 accounts)

[or] if your office365 users are essentially a replica (>=) of your non-synched on premises users, than licensing them for Azure ATP will cover their on-premises "copies" as Azure ATP licenses count toward "human" users.
