standard list of honeytoken accounts
Is there any ready-made list that can be configured in Defender in the honeytoken option, for example, admin, sysadmin among others, is there a ready-made one to use as a template?

There is no list.
You can create your own Honeytoken accounts with specific names that will also match your environment as each environment will have their own naming convention.
