Sensor Status - Not configured

MicrosoftSantoRic I suggest to open a support call.
you should not get a "not configured" alert for a DC installation.
Most likely the service fails to start for some reason.
Collect the local textual logs and attach to the support case.
The reason you see entities sync is probably because you have more that one sensor,
And at least one other is working. but if you have an alert on a specific DC you are not protected on this DC.
