Hello tandersn​,
I am not quite sure but try this:
- Log on at Entra Server (with the failed Sensor)
- first check if the service "Azure Advanced Threat Protection Sensor" is running - if not -> run
- After that make an right mouse click on that service and choose "Properties"
- "Log On"
- Here use Your Entra / AD-Connect User (incl. Password) also for the Update Service
- restart Service and wait
