Restricting Outbound Traffic to Azure ATP

As we're looking into deploying Azure ATP on domain controllers, we would like to know if there's a list of published IPs for the Azure ATP service that we can use to restrict outbound traffic at the firewall level. In the documentation, there's a mention of an URL that needs to be accessible but no mentions of IPs. If a list of IPs is not available, is the agent HTTP proxy friendly?
