Domain controller showing "Not ready for migration"
I want to get the MDI sensor upgraded to v3 on our domain controllers. When I go into Settings > Sensors, two of our DCs are listed as "Ready for migration", but the third says "Not ready for migrati...
The Microsoft support engineer had me check whether the OnboardingInfo registry value existed at HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Advanced Threat Protection, and it was missing. Per her request, I offboarded the server from MDI and re-onboarded, which restored the missing registry value. Once that was done, the server was listed as "Ready for migration".
