- EliOfekNo, I mean that you SHOULD extract the files first into a folder, and then run it from the extracted folder.

I have extracted the files into a folder and have ran it but the same problem.- EliOfekMake sure you are using the latest package from the portal.
Also, try to run the deployment elevated in case there was hardening that is blocking something.
if the issue is the same, please open a support ticket and attach all the deployment logs files from this attempts when running from an extracted folder ,with latest version.
