This is a known issue with the latest version. A hotfix is rolling out now.
Once you see version 2.234.17856.17206 in the portal, you can re download the package and it should work.

I'm on Windows Server 2022 Standard. Having the same issue on the install, same error as original poster here (Logging load exception in my MsiPackage log). I tried downloading the latest, but still getting the same error. Any thoughts?
- Actually, I just checked and it looks like when I download from the portal, I'm still getting the old version. Is there a link to the new version?
