ATP service unable to start

The sensor process is blocked from communicating with the sensor backend service via TLS/443.
Maybe a proxy issue?

I'm facing issue on this DC after installed and configured DFI in new DC.

After provided access for default users and not rebooted any DC's, all  DC's started working immediately except this DC.
