    The resolution was to add the following change in the registry of each DC.

    Changed the following value from "1" to "0"

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentCOntrolSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL]
    "DisableRenegoONserver"=dword:00000001
