ATP Agent Installation - "The Sensor failed to register due to connectivity issues."
ATP client installation failing due to the above error message:
- Firewall service - tried with service disabled =no joy; tried with service running with the appropriate profile configured = no joy.
- Registry HKCU settings configured for HKCU_18 and 19 as per article
- Internet access available.
- Name resolution available.
- Configured winhttp proxy using netsh
There are no logs as the install fails virtually straight away... any help would be greatly appreciated.

scot_scuba To get to this error there must be logs you missed...
But I am not sure they will help much.
Try taking a network trace while running it to see what exactly breaks and at which point.
If you are using a proxy, it's better to use the silent install mode while supplying proxy parameters, it will work much better and less error prone to modifying the registry...
