Is this DC a target of DNS or maybe backup or identity sync job? Is only this DC very high Packets per second? if so, recommend you look to what is causing the high packets compared to the other DCs. if others are close, but just below 50k, then I would recommend adding a DC to spread the traffic out in that site.
