where i can find the pricing for standard IO-Block BLOB ?

Please navigate to https://azure.microsoft.com/en-gb/pricing/details/storage/blobs/, find the option that suits you best and perform the calculations.
You can also open Azure Pricing Calculator, click on Storage Account object
and then choose Block Blob Storage as Type and perform all calculations based on your data.

“Standard IO – Cool Block Blob (GB),” this means you’re using and being charged for Blob storage or general-purpose v2 accounts. “Standard IO – Block Blob (GB)” is the metric associated with the use of block blobs in general-purpose storage accounts.
