What is the best way to mirror/sync files from a Samba Linux LOCAL server to a WinServer Azure's VM?

I need to do it automatically - software running every hour, for example - without user interference.

At this time, i'm using the freefilesync.org  software, but I need another option, because sometimes this software does not work.

Use a VPN ?

use Putty software ?

Another better option ?
