Not currently but there are 3rd party wallets that will work and in the guide we explain how to interact with the Ethereum network via Metamask (https://metamask.io/) in the guide and you can interact with smart contracts via Browser Solidity as explained here: https://github.com/Azure/azure-quickstart-templates/tree/master/ethereum-consortium-blockchain-network
