VsTest - Test Assemblies task fail

Hi,

I am new and have build a pipeline to execute the test class.

I am using easyRepro in my VS code and same is getting build in pipeline.

Inside code. I am passing url, username & password for one of the service account. 

When I run the pipeline it throws an error with - "System.InvalidOperationException: Something went wrong entering the OTC. Please check the MFA-SecretKey in configuration."

In VS code it is an option parameter and set to null.

Could anyone help me here to fix the problem.
