Use of RSA keys restriction in AzureDevOps

Have a question regarding azuredevops limitation to use RSA tokens with 256 or 512 for ssh connections. These keys are deprecated and subjected to security risks. The limitation I am talking about is in the below document

Is there any update for this limitation and if not, do we have any other options.
