Unable to update user authentication methods
While i am trying to update the user mobile and alternative Email id in Azure authentication methods i am getting " Unable to update user authentication methods" error. Please can any one help me on ...
In case anyone is interested, I had 2 active directory accounts using the same SMTP address, and both syncing to Azure using AD Connect. In the AD Connect sync conflicts, I found these accounts could not sync to Azure due to this SMTP/ProxyAddresses conflict. After fixing that problem, I was able to update the authentication methods on the affected user account.
