Agent identity blueprints are managed through the Microsoft Entra Agent ID model, so I would not treat this like a normal app registration first. Check Entra ID > Agents for the agent identity or blueprint and disable/remove it there if available, or delete the related Foundry agent/project dependency first. If the portal is using an unsupported API version, this may need Microsoft support cleanup
