I am also facing this issue. I am trying to create a first pool under an Azure Batch Account and no matter what I try I get this error and it cannot create the pool.
- Thanks Kidd_Ip for the reply. I did find that same article above but could not find where in the request quota wizard you can request for more pools. I also saw that all of my organization's current quotas are not at all full. Could this be a subscription level issue or possibly an Azure outage that is going on at the moment?
